AUTHORIZED SIGNATURES

The Superintendent or Director of Financial Operations and the Town Manager will sign jointly on all checks drawn against school department funds. No other signature is valid.

The Superintendent and Director of Financial Operations will sign jointly on all checks drawn against school lunch funds. No other signature is valid.

The school principal and secretary will sign jointly on all checks drawn against elementary school and middle school student activity funds and scholarship funds. No other signature is valid.

The school principal, assistant principal and school secretary are all authorized signers on the high school student activity, athletic and scholarship funds. Two of any three signers are required. No other signature is valid.
